Rotational Molding Capabilities

We can rotomold using graphics and multi-layered, multi-density products.

Mold in Graphics is a way of incorporating colorful artwork onto a rotationally molded part. By applying the graphic to the mold surface prior to molding, it becomes permanently fixed on the molded part.  This process is excellent for company logos, warning labels and instructions.
Multilayered parts can be produced by rotational molding.   In this pictured part, a HDPE skin is formed.  Afterwards, the plastic resin with a foaming agent is added during the process.
These process allows for increased wall thickness and stiffness without increasing the weight.  The foam layer also adds insulating properties.
