Rotational Molding Services
Diamond Plastics has 8 rotational molding machines ranging in oven size from 66" to 144". This means we can rotomold all your parts from the smallest to the largest and fit them on the properly sized rotational molding machine.
Pictured is one of our state of the art computer controlled independent arm cart machines. Our wide variety of machine sizes allows us fit fit your molds to the most efficient machine. This saves you money and maximizes output.
For trimming and drilling molded parts, we make extensive use of our 5 axis CNC router.
In addition to molding and finishing, Diamond Plastics offers complete assembly services. Hardware and fittings can be attached, ready for your production. We can even do a total pack out, and drop ship the finished parts directly to your customer.
